A life saver, literally

Three years ago when I was walking my dog during the day, I suddenly felt pain in the left side of my chest. Having an MI in the past I knew what the problem was. I immediately called Dr. Kaplan. They brought him to the phone and I told him what was going on, and he asked me if I could make it to his office. I said yes and drove down there, Dr. Kaplan stopped everything he was doing he and Vicky put me up on the table and ran an EKG. Dr. Kaplan detected a small issue calling an ambulance and my cardiologist and I was on my way to Sinai. While I was in his office, Dr. Kaplan would not leave my side nor go to anything else , this is a phenomenal human being. Not just a phenomenal doctor. Dr. Kaplan genuinely cares deeply about his patients well-being. He followed up with me and 5 hours later I was back home. There are not enough great things I can say about this man. He has been there for me for 20 years and his kindness , knowledge, and professionalism are second to none.
