Just like family.

Dr James Heron and his staff are always there for me and my family. Dr Heron has gotten me through 2 COVID infections by being just a phone call away. His prompt responses to my inquiries is truly awe inspiring and amazing and I appreciate him so much. He is truly like family to my family and I. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and Dr Heron devised a plan of action immediately and I am happy to say that my A1C was 5.2 based on my bloodwork two weeks ago. He is such a caring and empathetic person. I feel comfortable speaking to him about anything and everything. I never feel rushed when I visit him. Sometimes as a female visiting a male physician it can be intimidating but I never feel that way with Dr Heron. He listens to me and is genuinely interested in what my concerns are. He is a true professional and I love him dearly for being human and not just going through the motions. Thank you Dr Heron.
