When my previous GP retired I wasn’t sure I would stay with MDVIP but I decided not to take any action until I met the new doctor.
I found Dr. Burgert to be extremely pleasant and easy to talk to so opted to stay.
She is thoughtful and thorough, and her empathy was especially needed when my daughter died unexpectedly 18 months ago.
I feel I can talk to her about anything and be heard and appropriately responded to.
She investigates various approaches and discusses the options available. I could not ask more of my GP
