I just wanted to share my recent experience with Dr. West and his staff. Being a reasonably, healthy 69 yr. old, I was completely blindsided by a sudden spike in my glucose level (485). With no history of diabetes in my family and no symptoms, Dr. West quickly created a treatment plan to bring the level under control. He and his staff stayed in constant contact with me, reassuring me and regulating the medication as necessary. After three weeks, the levels were under control and after another week, the levels were within a normal range with minimal medication. The level of care and concern was beyond exceptional. Thanks to Dr. West, his nurse Jan, and the office staff for making me their priority. I can now enjoy my upcoming vacation knowing that he only a phone call or email away. You can't put a price on that level of care.
