Dr Lie possibly saved my life or at the very least spared me untold misery. She has been my doctor for many years and I followed her into the MDVIP program without any hesitation, also bringing my husband on board. If not for the extra attention and test available through the program my anemia and subsequent cancer diagnosis may have gone undetected for up to a year. I am lucky that at her insistence I get a CT scan which showed a mass in my colon. She referred me to specialists that were as great as she is and I believe because of her attentive nature my cancer was found not to have spread beyond the colon.
