Dr. Neibaur is very in tuned with his patients. My husband just came on board with him having wanted him to take care of him for many years. Now he can. So very pleased with his attentiveness to all our needs and is truly concerned for our health and well being. I have been a patient of his for about 15 years even before he became a member of MDVIP.
