I have worked with and known Dr. Neilan since 1994 when healthy and 17yrs.

I have worked with and known Dr. Neilan since 1994 when healthy and 17yrs. with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.He is always there for me in good times and bad. His sense of humor when hospitalized in 1998 was not only uplifting but also life enhancing.

To say i cherish his expertise would be an understatement so lets just say he headed the team of doctors day and night can count on him for caring and using his medical experience and generosity to keep me going. Today I placed him with my nephew(attorney) as the Living Will doctor who will continue to look out for me.

To say the least, it was the luckiest day in my life when we became wellness partners. May he and his family be blessed with everything beautiful.
