I have struggled with my weight for most of my life and have worked with doctors who have taken an authoritarian approach with weight loss. By contrast, Dr. Baruch has been understanding and patient while offering resources based on my strengths and challenges. Her approach has helped me to develop a more balanced lifestyle and, yes, to begin losing weight--without feeling bullied or forced into it.
