I have no one story about Dr. Gassner. I want to share that he always has time for me.

I have no one story about Dr. Gassner. I want to share that he always has time for me. I never feel rushed during an office visit, and I always feel welcome to call him with a problem (or imagined problem)--even though that seems often to be during a holiday or weekend. I feel like he is family because he is truly concerned about me and is always helpful and friendly. I can feel a smile on his end of a phone conversation, and certainly can see it during an office visit, which immediately puts me at ease. I appreciate also that he explains causes and consequences to me in an easy-to-understand manner, often with impromptu sketches. His focus is entirely on his family of patients, and is so appreciated by me. I want to add that this caring feeling is certainly reflected also by his staff. Thank you all.
