I have felt like I have been in good hands with Dr Walend, Suzy, and the staff.
I came to Phoenix in May of 2002. I was new in town and knew no one, let alone a new doctor. I had a bad cold and since I fly for a living, I needed to see a doctor so I picked one close to my house. It was a very disappointing visit, with no resolution. A coworker heard my story and recommended Dr Walend. I liked her the moment I met her, and she was very compassionate when I told her of my experience with the other doctor. Whenever I came in, even though Dr Walend had a full list of patients, she always made me feel like she had all the time in the world, wanting to talk about every aspect of my life, in order to have a complete history of me and my health.
Since then, I have felt like I have been in good hands with Dr Walend, Suzy, and the staff.
When she offered the switch to MDVIP, I had to consider having to find another doctor I liked and trusted as much as Dr Walend. It didn't take long to realize I wanted to keep her as my doctor.
And when I realized all the services that being affiliated with MDVIP offers, I know I made the right decision.
Since I travel for work, knowing there will be an MDVIP doctor available if needed is a huge comfort. If any of those doctors are like Dr Walend, then I will be in good hands. Just knowing they would be part of MDVIP will be reassuring.
I like the fact that since Dr Walend is younger than me, she could very possibly be my doctor for life.
Thank you, Dr W!
