I have been a patient of Dr. Carter's since June 2008. I chose Dr. Carter because of a glowing referral. I made an appointment with Dr. Carter and was amazed at the time he spent with me and the knowledge he has. He is up-to-date on all the many new advances and technology in medicine. On my last visit for blood work, I was introduced to a new tool--a swab that indicates whether or not my medications are working as prescribed.
