When I had my 1st MDVIP appointment with Dr. Jennifer Fretz, we talked about the weakness in my muscles as a result from Chemo and the side effects. She told me about exercises for lower body muscles. These exercises have been apart of my morning routine for almost 3 years and will continue as lon as I can. They gave me strength back in my legs and also made my knees stronger. I ride my stationary bike for at least an hour per day and lift weights for my upper body.
Dr. Fretz is very easy to talk to and she provides great information on many things that help to keep a healthy body and mind as I age.
