I Got My Life Back

As you well know, I struggled with severe back pain following a car accident for approximately 10 years. I had surgery & was better for approximately 3 years. Then, I got to where I could hardly walk & do anything I was in so much pain. My neurologist, after about a year, informed me that surgery was not an option & my only option was a pain pump. Thanks to you I was able to get in & see a neurosurgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. He was able to perform another fusion with caution. Thanks to God, you, & my new neurosurgeon I have been virtually pain free for going on 4.5 years. Thank you for not giving up on me!! I am grateful for your dedication, kindness, & professional wisdom. You are always there for me. You are truly appreciated. Again, thanks for assisting in me getting my life back. You are awesome!!
