I Felt Heard

I switched to Dr. Rai after struggling for three months with chronic abdominal and back pain. After undergoing multiple tests, scans, and procedures, I still didn't have relief from pain or a diagnosis. I felt that each doctor I saw focused on their expertise but I didn't have anyone managing my total care. When I met with Dr. Rai, he listened carefully and took into consideration all of my symptoms. He was kind and reassuring, prescribes a few things for me to try, and met with me multiple times to track my symptoms. Within a few visits, he was able to confirm his diagnosis through an MRI. I'm feeling much better now and very thankful for the care he provided me.
