I feel very fortunate to be one of Dr. Crawford's patients. He and his staff go far beyond what I had expected when our family first enrolled as patients in his MDVIP practice. When I am in his office, he listens not only to my symptoms as I describe them, but also to my concerns and anxieties about those symptoms. Since he knows me so well as a patient, he is able to see the interplay between my physical and emotional health and takes the time to help me understand it. As a frequent traveler, both domestically and internationally, it is very reassuring to know that Dr. Crawford is only a phone call or email away. Since I travel so extensively, there have been times when I have emailed or sent text messages to him from over 5,000 miles away when I have a health issue. I always get a response within 12 hours. That is remarkable! For example, when I was in Budapest, Hungary, I developed a sinus infection that wouldn't go away with my usual medications. When I emailed Dr. Crawford about what was happening, there was an email waiting for me when I woke up the next morning about what I should do. As a patient, I find that not only comforting, but incredible that I could receive that kind of care. I consider him as my health partner who is guiding and supporting me to a healthier life style.
