Dr. Susan Richarme and her staff are courteous, caring, thorough, and punctual! They do not leave any stones unturned on my yearly visit and they apprise me of any new information concerning my long term healthcare as they receive it. I always get a satisfactory answer to my questions and am treated with the utmost respect. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner. I feel valued!!!
