I experienced a rapidly progressing, relatively severe UTI on a weekend evening with considerable discomfort. I texted Dr. Phillips and she returned my text within two minutes following up with a phone call. Since I had the same type of UTI once in the past, there was no question about the diagnosis. She immediately contacted the pharmacy with prescription for proper meds. Thanks to her compassionate and efficient care, I was feeling somewhat human again within a few hours. I feel truly blessed to be a patient of Dr. Phillips - I have gotten to know her as an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients well-being and probably most importantly a wonderful listener .
