Since I do not recall the year that I made the first appointment with Dr. Serio, I am estimating that it may be about 20 years ago. Little less. I had asked for a referral from TMH, given his name and phone number as a physician qualified to treat high blood pressure. It was an excellent referral, my blood pressure remains to day, stable and in normal bounds. He always has health tips that make sense and are reasonable. Having a professor for a family Doctor is a little unusual, and this whole relationship has been a healthy learning experience.
