Dear Doc,

I cannot imagine life without you. You are a great doctor; more importantly, you are a treasured friend. Thank you for always taking the time to help me, for showing me that you genuinely care for my health and well being, and for always being there when I need you. Thank you also for taking me seriously and for always telling me the truth, even when I don't necessarily like it. It is wonderful to know that I can trust you completely. I am truly blessed to have you in my life!
