I have MS and with it comes a host of ailments. Currently I'm battling a chronic UTI. Dr. Friedland is partnering with my urologist and an infectious disease doctor to try to resolve this stubborn problem. No cure yet, but Dr. Friedland is patient and persistent in his efforts to solve this. I've encountered many doctors who pass me off if they can't find a solution, but Dr. Friedland won't do that. He's not afraid to say he's stumped, but he'll keep working to solve it. In my opinion, that is his best quality. Arrogant doctors are worthless. I can reach him anytime, by email, text, or phone. With my complex medical situation, that is crucial and very valuable to me. By comparison, I'm trying to reach my infectious disease doctor right now, and the phone lines are busy...
