I can breathe!

Dr. Blackmons been my Dr. for 8-10 years. Hes helped me improve my eating choices and exercise scheduleds so i will stay healthy. But I’ve had asthma since i was born and each year i struggle just a little more with breathing issues. Last summer just about did me in. He got me to do several different tests and then started me on an inhaled steroid asthma medicine twice a day. I dont like to take medicines but he told me it was getting imperative that i try it, since my lung capacity had dropped to 66. So i started Feb. 4th. Oh my gosh! I cant believe how much better i can breathe now!!!! I have more energy and sleep better too! I really appreciate his patience with me in finally listening to his sound advice. Hes a fantastic Doctor!
