I Appreciate My Physician...

When my original MDVIP physician retired a few years ago, I was nervous about anyone else being able to "fill his shoes". I think he might even have delayed his retirement somewhat waiting until he found the perfect physician to entrust his long-time practice to. He had been my physician for about 32 years, and I had also known him professionally as a nurse practitioner prior to my becoming his patient, then for years afterwards until I retired from practice. Those were big shoes to fill from my standpoint. Leah Ozdemir has done that better than I could possibly have hoped for. I am so happy with her practice - beyond adequate words to describe! She has helped me a number of times in addition to my annual exams - post-op care (through a couple of brief hospitalizations following post-op sequelae). I appreciate her knowledge and opinions, her engaging, caring personality, and her humanity and humility.
