Dear Dr. Gregory,
I think you know how much I value you as my physician but it never hurts to be appreciated. I can think of no one I appreciate more than you. You have guided and cared for me during a difficult time in my life. Not only do I feel you have been invaluable in maintaining my health, you have been willing to search every avenue to make it the best possible. I am so thankful for your acting manner and kindness which definitely sets you apart from other physicians. I am very thankful for the superb care I have always gotten from you. Sally H.
