Dr. Steve,
I just want to thank you for the many years that you have been my doctor and how you have always tried your best to help me. As we have navigated my disease together, you have always been the one doctor, among the many that I have seen through the years, who has always believed in me and believed in what I was experiencing - which has always meant alot to me. I have always appreciated your kindness and empathy and the fact that you never rush an appointment and take the time to really figure out what is going on. Thank you for all of your hard work, I am truly blessed to have you as my doctor.
