I am thankful to Dr. Spedale

I enjoy good health and maintain a very active lifestyle. I can contribute some of this to Dr. Spedale for working with me on a natural healthy lilfestyle and keeping everything checked and issues addressed. I enjoy horseback riding around the word and am attaching a picture taken in November 2017 on a bluff in the Judean Dessert overlooking the Dead Sea in Israel at daylight as the sun. We had ridden several miles from camp after sleeping in a Bedouin tent and saddling horses shortly after 4 am. At 72 I had no trouble with an intense and difficult trip throughout Israel on horseback. I am thankful to Dr. Spedale and MDVIP for helping me achieve good health.
