I am so thankful I found Dr. Gladin.

I had requested a referral to a specialist, which was addressed within a 24 hr work period. When I received the call from the Mayo Clinic they needed additional records. I went to the orthopedic doctors office and requested a copy of specific summary reports.
The receptionist was very cool to my request and handed me sheet to complete. There were promise the records would be at the Clinic by the date of my appointment. The only response I got was the records service has 30 days to comply. ...this is our policy and procedure.
I left and went to Dr. Gladins office very angry with the staff in the other office.
Sue heard me, and came to the door. She ushered me into her office, calmed me down. She found the records I needed. She gave a copy to me and faxed copies to Mayo. A totally different attention to patient needs and service. I am so thankful I found Dr. Gladin.
