I am happy to have found Dr. Chen.

One is fast to contact their physician with a complaint but seldom (if ever) with praise. And I am at the top of that list!
I have been a patient of Dr. Chens for the last 15 years and have made a point of following her practice from one location to the next. When she approached me about joining MDVIP my only hesitation was the cost. However, when I considered the loss of a relationship I had established over the years with Dr. Chen it was an easy choice. And..I have not regretted it
The first thing that appealed to me about Dr. Chen is her easy, low-key manner. I feel she is listening to me in an unhurried manner. As a result she inspires confidence in her diagnosis as well as her suggested mode of treatment. She then allows me to feel I have a choice in the mode of treatment. I truly feel in the long run she is looking out for my best interests but does not underplay my participation.
The 24/7 response from either Dr. Chen personally or her office personnel is also a plus in my book. The atmosphere when I visit the office is pleasant and welcoming.
All in all, I am happy to have found Dr. Chen in 2002 (recommended by a supervising nurse friend) and hope to have her in my life till I move on to a larger one!
