I am grateful to Dr. Heron for helping me continue to enjoy good health

Hard to believe since I met him that I waited nearly two years after relocating to south Florida and until some physical symptom was bothering me to call Dr. Heron whose phone number I had tucked away in a drawer all that time. He saw me immediately. We met again soon after for my annual wellness exam.

In all meetings and on the telephone about my medical records, I was impressed by many things about Dr. Heron: the depth of his knowledge; his thoughtful, thorough, comprehensive approach; his warm, direct, approachable, calm and patient manner; the respect, courtesy and empathy he showed me; the number of questions he asked as he figured out what was bothering me; the amount of time he spent with me; how well he listened; his skill in explaining complex medical information in clear, easily understood, nonthreatening language; that he is on the cutting edge of medical knowledge, diagnostic and testing procedures and medical technology at the same time that he is a caring, dedicated physician.
