Patients first is the foremost focus of Dr. Royston. His compassion for his patients is unmatched. He works relentlessly to ensure his patients get the best of care. His medical knowledge and medical contacts are extensive, to the advantage of his patients. Patience with feisty and high-strung patients is most commendable. Communications in the office and after hours provide a level of care very seldom seen. I am extremely fortunate that he is my physician!! God bless Dr. Royston!
