Dr. Mefford made both of mom's hospital experience, pain and worry free. The ability to instantly get a hold of your doctor, I feel made her time in the hospital more efficient. The LIS messed up her medication orders, and he was immediately able to verify what he wanted and get it changed. I did not have to wait until he made rounds and argue with the nurse all day till he arrived. I feel his overseeing Moms complete care has improved her health, and mine in the process.
