I am alive because of Dr Stephanie Shell

Dr Shell is a great doctor. During my exams she takes the time to discuss everything. I am never short changed. She is the one that worked to get me a referral for a lump in my breast. The biopsy was negative but she wanted an MRI as well since the lump was getting larger and was painful. Since a surgeon had to concur, she referred me for the consult. The surgeon said it needed to be removed. Turns out it was cancer! After the surgery, chemo, and radiation, Dr Shell was worried about a heat murmur. She referred me for an initial calcium CT. The results were very bad. She sent me to a cardiologist and, after additional testing, I ended up with a triple by-pass, and later a valve replacement (for the murmur). I am convinced that without her questioning my various health indicators and her proactive referrals to investigate and find out more, I would not be alive today. She questions everything.
