I am alive because Dr. Michael Monaco is my doctor

I am an 8 year Cancer survivor. I am alive because Dr. Michael Monaco is my doctor and did not take a lets keep an eye on it approach but acted instead based on a small elevation in one lab test. We are convinced he made the difference in my diagnosis and pointed me to the appropriate Oncologist for treatment. You see without the test and the expertise of Dr. Monaco this would not be a survivor story since I had not symptoms or pain and the only indication that something was brewing was the minor elevation in a lab tests included in the routine physical.
