I always feel better after talking with him.

I started seeing Dr. Rayner when he was at the Penn State Office. When my insurance changed I had to find another doctor, much to my dismay. I went to another doctor for about 6 months to a year but as soon as I knew Dr. Rayner opened his own office, I was there. Hopefully, Dr. Rayner will be my doctor until I no longer need a doctor. In my opinion, he is what many other doctors should be like. I always feel better after talking with him.
