How often is a knowledgeable, sensible and responsive professional always available?

Mom used to say, "above all, show up". While important..it's not sufficient. In this very complicated and often scary present we rely on real data, good judgment and ACTION. Dr. Gil has been available to advise and and treatment, and recommending specialists when needed. He manages as much as possible by phone saving us wear/tear/time and money. AND he is a great communicator.
We are lucky to have him.
