We had two friends who were patients of Dr. Poliak and highly recommended the MDVIP program and Dr. Poliak to us. His practice was full but he agreed to take me as a patient, then agreed to add my wife. After a year or two with Dr. Poliak, we were able to get our daughter and her husband added and then our son and his wife! So there are now 6 Poliak (and Bertha) fans in the Kirksey/Jackson family and all of us think very highly of both Dr. Poliak and his staff.
