He's there when I need him!

Dr. Renco provides the on-going support I seek in a physician. He provides appropriate time for appointments, thoroughly reviews test results, answers questions, and doesn't make me feel like I have a time limit. Dr. Renco gives practical advice for dealing with health issues and always responds to my on-line questions/messages. He has very helpful support staff. I have mainly dealt with Lauren, who competently helps me locate the information in your system that I use in my personal tracking files and answers other questions I may have. We love MDVIP's "same day or next day appointments" policy and Dr. Renco has always met that. MDVIP costs a lot and so long as they continue to provide their stated policy of "better primary care experience" we are happy. It gives us peace of mind.
