He’s there when I need him

I first met Dr. Phelan when my father was a patient in Carlisle Hospital. I didn’t know who he was when he walked in dressed in blue jeans and a plaid shirt; it was obvious who he was when he began talking with my father. I liked his laid-back, informal style.

I was in need of a new doctor and was able to become a patient. When the need arises for an office visit, they are able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner; usually the same day.

Some years ago I was having a mental health issue - I was able to see Dr. Phelan within 3 hours.
That was very comforting knowing that he would reschedule his day to see me when I was in crisis.

Dr. Phelan and his Staff are like family - wonderful people! I am thankful that he is my doctor.
