Helping my sister crossover

As long as I live I will never forget the kindness and thoughtfulness that Dr. Andrew Schlein , showed his patient, my sister --Madaline Lawrence Elestein
the week before my sister passed away. He was her Dr. for about 2 years when she developed stage 4 Breast Cancer in her lungs. During her 1 1/2 years of battle he was instrumental in helping her get into Moffitt trial program. When that seemed to be failing he was here to guide her to other doctors and helped her when she needed to see a specialist asap. But the day I will never forget is the Friday afternoon, one week before she passed when he came by the house and held her hand and answered her questions on dying and gave her comfort before he left on a week vacation. The following Sunday when he came home, he called to see how she was doing and she had just passed a hour earlier. Now Dr. Schlein is my doctor and I see that he is a gentle and caring person to all his patients. His knowledge in his field of medicine is extensive and comforting and he is always available 24/7. I feel lucky that Dr. Andrew Schlien is my doctor.
