Help in my Time of Need!

On the evening of Saturday, April 29th. 2023 I had a freak fall in Washington, DC. After spending the night in the emergency room, it was determined that I had a complex proximal humerus fracture in my left arm. The hospital physician told me to see an orthopedic surgeon on Monday. My friend from Nashville changed her flight so she could assist me in getting home from DC to West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon. As I waited for the flight I couldn't imagine how I could get an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, let alone find a good one, for the next day. I called my MD VIP doctor, Dr. Robin Braver, and explained the situation to her. She said to relax and she would see what she could do. Dr. Braver called me back just a little while later to tell me that Dr. Brian Hill, a local orthopedic surgeon would call me in the morning and see me that same day, and she assured me he was great. The very next morning I got a call from Dr. Hill's office at 8:30, and he saw me at 11am. It turned out that I needed surgery to repair the break, and Dr. Braver was right - the surgeon was great - and so is she! Her assistance meant the world to me!
