Healthy Choices

I have always eaten fairly healthy, but as I have learned through the years, that the statement " you are what you eat " is very true. I have been fortunate, and not had to see my Primary Care Physician , very often, mainly for yearly exams. To be honest , I'm not thrilled to pay extra to have better accessibility to my Doctor.
I guess part of the problem is, there are so many more people in the world, and that puts a strain on all facets of healthcare.
