Our family has been associated with Dr. Jeff Phillips for over 25 years. He took care of my parents, and my father, who was also a physician, had wonderful things to say about Dr. Jeff, so for me, it was no problem in selecting him as our Primary care physician.

He listens intently, asks wonderful questions, and is genuinely concerned about my state of health. Most certainly, everyone has areas in there lives which need improvement. The wonderful thing about Dr. Phillips is that he points them out without judgment. He is matter-of-fact, describing the upside and downside for the habits. I can only imagine how difficult it is for a physician to give advice, which, for the most part, will go unheeded. He never shows that frustration. He is by the book, gives the scientific evidence, and then you’re on your own.

He is quick to respond either during office hours, or nights and weekends, to any situation which may arise. Once, or twice, on Sunday mornings, we’ve had to reach out to him, and his quick response is always cheerful, ready to be of assistance.

His office staff is superb. His primary nurse, Teresa, is pure gold. Always easy with a laugh, always accommodating, and sincerely interested in every patients needs. Quite frankly, our family adores her. When Dr. Jeff was making his transition in his practice, my first question was “ Is Teresa going with you?” That’s how important I consider her to be.

In summary, Dr. Phillips is a model physician. Highly intelligent, extremely personable, genuine, humble, and straight to the point..
