I met Dr. Kaplan when I first moved back to Baltimore in 1994 or it might have been 1993. I wanted to find a primary care physician. Dr. Kaplan was recommended to me by my gynecologist. She said she didn't know him but heard good things about him. I made an appointment right away. That was the best move I ever made. I absolutely love him. I'm allowed to say that. I'm old enough to be his mother. He is the most caring doctor that I have ever known. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful man. I do love him. He is so kind.
