He tracked my care at another hospital

I was hospitalized at a hospital different than where my doctor practiced due to an emergency that required a 2 week hospitalization. Dr jeffrey Phillips tracked my progress and consulted with the treating doctors. I had a serious fungal infection that attacked all my systems at the same time. He has been my PCP for 30 years and I believe his knowledge about me was instrumental in helping the treating doctors cure me.
