He really cares about patient care

My wife and I feel very lucky to have Dr. Winkler as our physician. He works very hard to provide outstanding patient care. I have made multiple weekend calls over the last couple of years due to COVID, cold and flu symptoms. In each case, Dr. Winkler has returned those calls directly, within hours, On those calls, he takes the time to understand symptoms and issues, sends in prescriptions to our pharmacy. This kind of response just does not happen much these days.
It gives Anne and I tremendous comfort.

My cardiologist performed multiple tests but did not take the time to explain results in my exam. I was unhappy with the referral. I sent an email to Dr Winkler. Within hours he called me to discuss. The next day, he called me back. He obtained the test results and spent 30-40 minutes explaining the results. This is a Doctor who really cares about his patients.
