He is not my doctor. He is my friend

My story with Dr. Jamie Vasquez goes back to over 25 years ago when I worked in a bar and had to visit his office regularly for required drug tests. Everyone at the bar loved Dr V. He was funny and caring. When my primary care physician decided to retire Dr V. was the obvious choice for me. When I go to his office I am not going to "see my doctor". I am going to see my friend. He always tells me that I light up the office but it's being in the presence of his amazing staff and having the opportunity to laugh and catch up with my friend that make my visit the highlight of the day. I value that Dr. V. discusses various options with me and allow me to make decisions about my health. I know I will always get exceptional care from him and his staff. It's been an amazing doctor-patient relationship and friendship. I know I am in good hands.
