Dr. Johnathan Lown took over my healthcare needs in the MDVIP plan. He has always been responsive to my concerns, and has made himself available both in and outside of Office Hours. No question of mine is ignored. He will bring up charts and information on the internet to help explain the issue for me. Finally, a Dr. who also cared enough to thoroughly investigate my sleep needs. Turns out I need a BIPAP machine instead of the usual CPAP machine. With him as my Dr., I finally feel safe and secure that nothing is getting lost in the shuffle of a quick office visit. He makes the time, and truly cares about his patients as people.
