Me and my family has been with Doctor B since I started working for Delmarva Power 38 years ago. He has been a big part of our family. His care for my wife who has had four major back surgeries has been outstanding. Doctor B has displayed a high degree of honesty, loyalty and integrity every time my family has had a health issue. MDVIP should feel honored to have Doctor B as part of their family. Doctor B is consistent, dependable and accurate in carrying out his responsibilities as our family Doctor. So with that being said Doctor B get's an A from our family for being totally committed to achieving excellence in the medical field !!
