I've been using Dr. Kaplan since 2004 and couldn't have picked anyone more caring, knowledgeable, trusting him in anything he says or does. When I have to go to a specialist or another doctor and they give me a prescription, I always check with him first before I take anything. I listen to him, he is my specialist. He is caring, friendly and every other good adjective you can think of. I've been hospitalized many times and he is always there, every morning and sometimes, again in the evening. He calls back always. Not only is he the best but his office staff is also fabulous. I've recommended many friends to him and would not hesitate to recommend anyone. They will have a jewel if they use him. Also, when you call, someone answers the phone immediately, no waiting or holding the line at all. HE IS THE BEST....
