I was a Stage 3/4 Chronic Kidney disease-patient. I was on a plateau with only anemia as a side effect. Dr. Roller was the doctor that realized this problem and sent me on to a kidney specialist. However I was in between visits to my nephrologist and Dr Roller was running his regular check on my cholesterol. He always checks my creatine when he does my blood tests. He probably saved my life because my creatine level had jumped from 2.6 to 6.0. I was in kidney failure. He immediately had me call my nephrologist and I entered the hospital. I am on dialysis now but without his care it might have been much worse. He is a caring compassionate doctor. I am so thankful for him. I could go on about his success in treating my husband with diet therapy bringing him down from borderline Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. We are both so glad he is our doctor and the MDVIP program has enabled him to give us the level care we need above and beyond.
