In the hospital with a late night emergency having a gangrene appendix removed & a hernia repaired after a six-polyp colonoscopy that morning. Dr. Kaplan was there every day, giving me updates, information & encouragement. He then called me at home for several days to check on my progress.
He is a brilliantly gifted physician, extremely knowledgeable, focussed and thorough. I doubt if any other doctor in the world exceeds his special combination of genius & caring. And that is this decade's understatement.
